Drawing on his education and extensive experience in international finance and business, Khaled has been the driving force behind Valor Holding’s evolution into a top-tier provider of liquid bulk petroleum storage in the UAE. Ahamad, the Co-Founder of Valor International Holding FZC, has over 20 years of experience in dealing with Contractual Law and international business. He has been the pillar of success for our company. His strong educational background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance and an MBA, has provided him with a solid foundation for his career.
Starting his professional journey in construction and real estate, Ahamad later moved into investments and capital ventures before becoming a part of Valor Group of Companies. He brings with him a unique set of skills, including the ability to systematically analyze complex matters and find innovative solutions. Ahamad’s determination and hard work make his presence invaluable to our team, allowing us to deliver tailor-made solutions to our clients.

Meet Nimar Nikx, the Chief Executive Officer of Valor International Holding FZC. With over 15 years of experience in trading and managing midstream operations of Liquid Petroleum Products, Mr. Nikx has been appointed to lead the team and effectively utilize the company’s resources to reach its maximum potential. Mr. Nikx’s passion for the oil industry stems from his roots in Shiravan, Azerbaijan, where he developed a deep admiration for the world’s first-ever mechanically drilled oil well in 1846, located in the Bibi-Heybat settlement 10 kilometers west of Baku. This source of inspiration led him on the path to a successful career in the oil industry.
Valor International FZC was initially established to support the Khoori Family’s vision in procuring an oil terminal and moving into trading and logistics for a total end-to-end service for our clients. With integrity as the foundation of the company’s values, Mr. Nikx has been able to build trust with clients, and with that trust, Valor International Holding is growing. A recent recruit to the Valor International Holding team, Mr. Thomas Simpson has extensive international experience in the upstream, midstream, and downstream sectors of the oil & gas industry in operations, project management, and engineering. Primarily an operations specialist, Thomas brings unique ‘know-how’ and leadership when it comes to heading up multinational and multi-disciplinary teams and streamlining operations to ensure optimal efficiency and maximum client satisfaction.
From his early days on the Barrow Island oilfield in Western Australia to the LPG Cavern in Sydney NSW (the first underground LPG storage cavern in the southern hemisphere), Thomas’s thirst for new challenges brought him to the UAE in 2008, where he enjoyed extended stints in the downstream gas distribution and midstream bulk storage sectors in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Oman, and Iraq.
A trained technical writer and peerless communicator, Thomas will be a valuable asset in coordinating Valor International Holding’s ambitious expansion plans as well as enhancing its growing reputation for excellence in the industry, both in the UAE and overseas.

With over 19 years of experience in the Oil and Gas, Marine, and EPC industries, Priya is a highly skilled financial expert with a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Finance and Accounting, as well as a CPA(USA) and membership in both AICPA and UAE CA.
Priya’s exceptional management skills have been honed by her vast experience in leading and supervising multi-disciplinary teams. She specializes in banking and financing and is dedicated to ensuring the overall financial performance and strength of the company. Additionally, she is highly knowledgeable in maintaining compliance with financial and tax regulations and communicating value and risk to investors and the Board.

Aditi is a qualified lawyer with over 16 years of diversified legal experience across varied industrial sectors, including but not limited to construction, securities markets, insurance, pharmaceuticals, tobacco manufacturing, governmental defense and academic fields. Inrigo was founded by her with the objective of creating a value-based entity that would assist organizations and individuals in growing their respective ventures, instead of simply solving the problem at hand. Whilst arbitration and litigation strategy has always been her strong suit, Aditi has developed an expertise in resolving corporate disputes in a risk-free, low-cost manner with a strong focus on shareholder relations, company structuring and corporate legal advisory (such as contract drafting, negotiations and dispute resolution).
